I don't understand how to play the videos, what do I do?

Our videos are available in 3 different formats for your enjoyment, streaming wmv File, DVD quality MPG and Ipod. The first option is to 'stream' the video. This is a smaller wmv file for those wishing to view the videos quicker, since streaming videos should begin playing almost immediately. We recommend that you first stream a video to see if you think you like the models, and if you do, then you can download the full movie to your harddrive and even burn it to a DVD if you wish. If you are having problems downloading the video, you can right click the link and select 'save target as..,' and then you can download it to your desktop. Additionally, we also offer the videos in IPOD format. These are mp4 files that you can download on your Ipod and take with you anywhere. Just be careful where you watch...we don't want you to get caught on a bus with cream on your jeans. ;)

I want to see your photos in a bigger size, is this possible?

Yes! If you click on our gallery, then you can enlarge the thumb to a bigger size photo. If you want to see the full size of the photo, just click the bigger size photo and it will take you to the file originally downloaded from the camera. As a warning, these files really are a HUGE size so they will take you longer to load and we only advise you view them if you want a very 'up close' view.

How can I access all the sites in your network?

Click the links on the members homepage for the bonus site you want to view. Then enter your password when prompted. Your password works for all the sites in our gay Asian network.

I need help immediately, what should I do?

Normally we are able to respond to all customer emails within 24 hours. I can't get my user / password to work

There are several reasons you cannot get your username or password to work.

1. usernames and passwords are case sensitive for example CaT is different than cat and our u / p are case sensitive. so Please make sure your typing your info in correctly.

2. Someone has gotten your info and your account has been blocked because of brute force attacks or to many log ins from to many ip address or different countrys. We use the best security software on the market so if you share your username with your friend down the road and you are logging in from 2 different ip addresses at the same time you will be shut down. If this happens to you, you can contact us from the link below to reset your password, however, we will only give you one chance! After that we will reserve the right to cancel your membership, and we will not be able to offer any refunds since sharing your username and password is a violation of our terms and services.

3. You have cookies turned off or you may have a firewall that is not allowing you access. make sure you allow cookies and your firewall is off if you are having problems..

Why can't I watch your movies?

most likely you don't have the latest media player or need to adjust the one you have . 90% of all our movies are in .mpeg format and can be viewed with ANY player with no special codex. Please check your settings and make sure your computer has enough memory and ram to play .mpegs. We do have a few wmv's that require media player 9 or better. Please see this page for information on MPEG movie formats and what player to use to watch a movie.

Why can't I see your webcam show?

The webcam shows are provided by a third party and require the latest version of FLASH be installed to view. Please be aware that there may be costs associated with the private one on one cam shows with models on that site. We provide these links as a service to you but cannot be responsible for activities on that site as we do not own it and have no control over their operation. All customer service inquiries regarding the cam shows should be submitted through that site.

I lost my membership info.

You must have something for us to look up your info. And you must be emailing us from the email address you used when you signed up. We simply can't give out info to just anyone. This is to protect you as well as us... Email us use the form below and send us as much info as you possiably can...

How Do I Cancel My Membership?
